Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your merchandise arrives broken, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at customerservice@sonomalivinggreen.com or 707.431.4219 so that we may either send you a replacement or issue a refund. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason than damage, you may return it within 30 days for an refund (excluding shipping fees) as long as it is in new and unused condition.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase.

To return an item, please follow the instructions below:

Print out the return form, complete it and enclose with the original packing slip in the box or envelope with your return. Indicate the reason for the return. Please retain a copy for your records. Note: Many companies include a return form with every shipment. While convenient, we feel this is a waste of paper since the majority of shipments are not returned. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our process, which helps save trees!

Carefully repackage the merchandise and return the package using the carrier most convenient for you. We advise you to insure your return and retain the receipt. Sonoma Living Green is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
